We are looking for a receptionist who is responsible for greeting customers and visitors to our office. You will be in charge of instructing clients to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering telephones and receiving messages, and sorting and distributing mail.


Greet customers and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude. Helping clients find their way around the Hotel. Announce clients as needed. Helping to keep workplace safety by issuing, reviewing and collecting badges as needed and maintaining visitor records. Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans. Preparing meeting rooms and training. Answering phones professionally and routing calls as needed. colleagues with administrative tasks.Ordering and distributing mail.Provide excellent customer service.Schedule appointments


Associate or bachelor in related field. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field. Consistent and professional training and manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Good management skills of the time.Experience with administrative and administrative procedures. Capable of contributing positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as necessary.
